When Mabbly started in 2013, we learned that listening beats guessing. Customers, teammates, and partners shaped how we built strategies and products. That mindset still drives us. Across a decade of B2B work, we kept seeing the same issue: marketing creates interest, sales needs precision, and too many good leads go quiet. We call this gap Project Dead Zone.
